The Biometrics program is a disciplined approach to losing weight and getting into shape that works. It combines a regimented diet with an exercise program that produces results almost immediately. I started the program with two goals in mind and achieved both. I lost a total of 40+ pounds and feel great. I also learned how to eat nutritious meals in moderate portions which will help me maintain my weight in the future. I enjoyed this program and am now a strong advocate of physical fitness.

I have participated in your Biometrics program twice with incredible results!! I am a true believer. Both times I dropped approximately 15-17 pounds, lost appropriate percentages of bodyfat, and truly re-sculpted my body. In addition to the weight loss, I gained energy, balance, and improved digestion and sleep. My trainers, Rob and Tyler made the workouts fun and challenging. It is an all around superb, healthy program. I love it!
